Operations Carry out work according to Hydraulics and Service Controller To attend and input in Daily Production Meetings in Hydraulics and Service Controller absence Ensure staff are sufficiently trained on fitting of components, bearings, keys and general location and lubrication Ensure staff are sufficiently trained on fitting of hydraulic components, fittings, hoses, fixed pipework,otors, pumps and valves. 1 To utilise labourers on semi-skilled tasks when possible, ensuring adequate supervision To liaise with Hydraulics and Service Controller ensuring department input delivered in a timely manner to suit project requirements To locate and inspect all purchased components and manufactured components are available and correct prior to assembly. To follow instructions given in written form or verbally from Hydraulics and Service Controller To supervise and effect all works according to PDI documentation To supervise and effect all works according to FAT documentation To review hydraulic circuit drawings and feedback to design department To monitor and maintain condition of department tools and special equipment HSEQ Quality Assurance Liaising with HSEQ department to ensure all deliverables are to required standard Quality Control To follow CLIENT , Quality Management System Procedures To carry out full inspection of units sign off To maintain and follow drawing control as per CLIENT Quality Management System Health & Safety To receive CLIENT , Company Induction incorporating Health and Safety and site rules To receive and understand CLIENT , Health & Safety at Work Policy To receive full PPE and safe use and store accordingly to company procedure To receive and fully understand and commit to CLIENT , Employee Manual To ensure and maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment Ensure work areas to be kept clean, tidy and all surplus materials returned to stores To carry out all work in a safe manner with due consideration to all fellow workers/visitors on site To use and respect of all warning signs and barriers To ensure individual work areas, machines, and stations are securely locked when not in use To ensure that the last person to leave the department locks the area To ensure that the last person to leave the building locks the area External Relations To maintain and achieve product presentation to CLIENT standard To maintain staff cleanliness and personal presentation To maintain presentation of departmental vehicles To liaise with third party inspection authorities during testing at CLIENT To liaise with clients during visits and testing at CLIENT
