HOUSTON, May 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Baker Hughes Incorporated (NYSE: BHI) announced today that Trey Clark will become the global oilfield service company's Vice President of Investor Relations.
Clark succeeds Adam B. Anderson who on May 29 will begin serving as Baker Hughes' President, Latin America.
"Adam has a broad understanding of our operations based on a number of international and domestic assignments," Baker Hughes' President and Chief Executive Officer Martin Craighead said.

Before his investor relations role, Anderson held a variety of marketing and operations management roles for Baker Hughes in U.S. Land, the Gulf of Mexico, the Middle East and the company's Product Development Center. He began his career with PES/WellDynamics and served in a variety of engineering and sales positions. Anderson earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and his MBA from Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
"Since joining Baker Hughes nearly 15 years ago as a field engineer, Trey has held a number of management roles, including leading the recent, successful implementation and accreditation of our competence management program," Craighead said. "He brings domestic and international management experience across a variety of functions."
Clark worked most recently as a director internationally and domestically in both technical and training functions. He spent four years in Europe working in a variety of roles, including as a regional director for marketing and a district manager for the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. Clark also has worked in operations and quality assurance. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M.
